Manhattan Edit Workshop was recently selected as a training provider for Cablevision's MSG Varsity Program, an intensive two-day workshop for teachers across the Tri-state area. The course gives faculty members custom instruction in three disciplines: on-camera basics, editing with Final Cut and on-air performing. Teachers then return to their schools to launch or strengthen their media programs - where students shoot, report, produce and edit segments on their schools' sporting events and student affairs. The final product is uploaded to MSG Varsity for broadcast on both their cable network and website.

When MSG Varsity came to MEWShop they were looking for a training facility that could handle more than by-the-book software training.
