A Filmmaker’s Guide to Sound Design

More and more, editors are responsible not only for making a great picture, but also for delivering great sound. And great sound is possible without ever leaving Final Cut Studio!  Whether it's a short film or an output for broadcast, the burden of both quality and organization of sound falls more and more on the editor.

In this one-day hands-on Masterclass, you will be lead in the process of organization, execution and delivery of sound for picture editors.  

Taking a timeline from Final Cut Pro, we'll arrange, polish, and EQ it in SoundTrack Pro and then back into a final export in Final Cut Pro. You will also get the opportunity to experience the powerful virtue of round tripping in Final Cut Studio.
